With the improvement in people's living standards,people pay more attention to quality of eggs.In this paper,the Haugh unit of measurement methods was described,and the related factors affecting Haugh unit to conduct feasibility studies to prove that the Haugh unit is an important indicator of the test egg quality.It is hoped that this article will elaborate a reference for the operational procedures and the standards of identification for assessing the quality of eggs.
